Mortgage distributor and packager 3mc has added Aldermore Commercial Mortgages to its packaged panel of lenders.
Announcing the launch yesterday, the packager’s managing director, Doug Hall, said: “Aldermore has 2 distinct brands for both residential and commercial mortgages.
“Intermediaries can gain direct access to Aldermore Residential using 3mc as their preferred payment route and can now also access Aldermore’s commercial mortgage range via our packaging arm.”
Recently, Bridging and Commercial reported on Aldermore’s continual growth; how in just over a year the bank has expanded into a “fully fledged lending institution”.
Commenting on the bank’s latest move, Rob Lankey, Head of Lending at Aldermore Commercial Mortgages, said: “3mc is an important distribution partner for Aldermore Residential and we are delighted to build on that relationship by joining 3mc’s packaged lender panel.
“We are looking forward to working closely with 3mc to develop our relationship and deliver an excellent range of commercial products and high quality service to their broker network.”
Commenting on Aldermore’s growth Mr Hall said: “Aldermore has an appetite to lend via both brands, with its commercial arm focusing on various commercial markets, including buy to lets for HMO’s, limited companies, multi unit lending and student lets.
“3mc is delighted to be working with both brands of Aldermore.”
