You wouldn't believe the amount of paper we went through to get to it. We've had to make a new order to Viking to restock the white board. Still, I'm sure you'll agree that 'Pos on Property’ was definitely worth the wait. Even now it brings a tear to my eye.
So what will my new column be covering? Well, in the months ahead, I'll be furnishing you with, ahem, deep market analysis and penetrative insights into both the residential and commercial property markets, often with a short term bent.
In fact, such will be the calibre of my new column that you may want to cancel that Estates Gazette or Property Week subscription right now.
As well as factual analysis of topical developments in the property market there'll be a fair bit of opinion too, doubtless some of it unspoken.
At Dragonfly, as many of you will already know, we always like to say it as it is and take a view on something, and with so much news breaking left, right and centre in the property market, there are no end of opportunities to do exactly that.
It goes without saying that I encourage all readers to get involved and make their comments at the bottom of these columns so we can get a debate going.
And if there's anything you'd specifically like me to rant about — sorry, provide an objective analysis of — by all means email me personally at [email protected].
I'll be kicking off in earnest next month. In the meantime, have a super January and, like me, keep off the booze and get down the gym.
