The firm hopes to find a computer-literate candidate who will be responsible for maintaining relationships with a panel of introducers, surveyors and solicitors and managing applications through to completion.
Paul Wertheim, operations director at Mint, said: "Mint's experienced a series of record-breaking quotas, beating each of 2015's quarters and now we're looking to expand our underwriting team.
“As a hands-on, family run, privately funded business, our focus is to build Mint's brand in accommodating demand.
“Our huge success has been a predominant result of recruiting in-house specialists so our clients are assured of a faster turnaround and direct access to the decision makers."
The candidate must also have a proven background in underwriting, be willing to visit clients when required and have a good understanding of compliance procedures, legal conveyancing and financial valuations.
Any potential applicants should send a CV and covering letter to Paul Wertheim at [email protected].
