Steve Smith, Dave Bibby and Tom Gill have all joined the bridging and development lender.
Steve will cover the South West and has 20 years of experience in retail and commercial banking, where he has knowledge of bridging, asset, invoice and commercial finance.
Dave will be responsible for central and the Midlands after spending the past 16 years focusing on property finance.
He has spent time with NatWest, Anglo Irish Bank and more recently Together, which has given him an in-depth knowledge of the property sector.

Finally, the North West will be covered by Tom, who has 10 years of experience in the second charge, bridging and commercial.
Tom will be building new introducer relationships and working closely with existing business partners to build up Roma’s brand as it looks to continue its growth plans.
