Rebecca, who will be based in the bank’s London office, will be responsible for technical infrastructure, IT operations and delivery capability.
She will also work with the specialist lender’s business finance, mortgages and savings teams to enhance the bank’s digital offering.
Before joining Aldermore, Rebecca was a group operating officer in the insurtech industry and is experienced in software development, project delivery, testing, product roadmaps and organisational governance.

She has also worked as head of IT for a leading insurer in both America and Europe.
Rebecca will report to Dana Cuffe, chief operating officer at Aldermore, who said: “We are really excited that Rebecca has chosen to join Aldermore.
