John Hardman (pictured above) joins the bridging lender having previously spent time with Aldermore and Bridgebank Capital in senior bridging finance sales and business development roles.
He has also served at RBS, Santander and Barclays.
John said he had been aware of BFS throughout his many years of working in the banking and property finance sectors, and felt that it had gone from strength to strength each year.
“Much of our current loan book is from repeat clients’ bridging and development finance requirements, which is a huge endorsement in such a competitive marketplace, and I look forward to developing on this strong base.
