Orchard Street appoints new head of strategy




Orchard Street Investment Management has announced the appointment of Mark Long as head of strategy.

Mark – who has over 26 years of experience in the real estate research and strategy sector – will lead the specialist commercial property investment manager’s research, forecasting and strategy team.

Prior to joining Orchard Street, Mark served as head of EMEA real assets research and strategy at BlackRock, where he played a key role in guiding the strategic investment decisions of the business’s real estate funds, as well as providing analysis to and engaging with its existing and prospective clients.

Mark has held senior posts in real estate research and strategy for more than 20 years, including roles at Aberdeen Asset Management and Invista Real Estate Investment Management.
