Colin has joined the alternative finance platform from NatWest, where he served as a relationship director.
At Invest & Fund, he will be responsible for originating residential development and bridging loans across the South West of England.
The platform specialises in providing residential development and bridging loans for developers through its pipeline of registered individual and institutional lenders.
“I’m delighted to be joining Invest & Fund, and helping the team deliver a competitive, trusted service to the property development industry,” said Colin.
“The fundamentals of the credit assessment process are very similar to that of a clearing bank, but the way Invest & Fund sources finance is very innovative.
“I’m very keen to introduce the business to my network as an alternative source of finance.”
Colin joins a team of five business development managers across England and Wales.
Invest & Fund hopes that Colin’s appointment will further support its ambitious growth plans as it targets employing 10 business development managers by the end of 2018.
