The client needed the funding to repay an existing second charge secured on a property as well as a bill from HMRC.
The deal needed to be completed quickly as the client was facing potential default fees if the existing second charge wasn’t repaid before its due date.
The BridgeCrowd was able to progress with the loan despite the client’s adverse credit.
The £900,000 loan was secured against a luxury five-bedroom property in north London, with the BridgeCrowd receiving consent from the first charge holder within 48 hours rather than the advised 12 working days turnaround.

This allowed the bridging lender to provide the loan to the client within the tight timeframe and without him having to leave New York.
“Exemplary customer service is important to us and we pride ourselves on going that extra mile for our clients,” said Louis Alexander, managing director at the BridgeCrowd (pictured above).
“We are always more than happy to be flexible and work to our clients’ individual requirements.
“Our case manager’s dedication and persistence in obtaining consent from the first charge holder so quickly is another example of the brilliant working relationships that we share, and we are very proud to have kept focus of what is important to us as we grow as a business.”
