He previously spent six years as director of corporate solutions at CBRE, including four years in Hong Kong managing a property portfolio for a large IT company.
In his new role, Stephen will be working predominantly with lenders on commercial properties in Kent and Essex.
He said that he was looking forward to being more involved with the property lifecycle in his new position.
