The client lived abroad and worked in various different countries, while the tenant leasing the property was another company owned by the borrower, complicating the situation.
However, the specialist lender’s underwriters were able to provide a fitting solution.

As well as lending £264,000 for a 12-month term to clear the borrower’s indebtedness, Kuflink was able to complete the deal in good time to save the property from the receivers.
Kuflink capped the total loan amount at 60% LTV and took a first charge over the commercial property as its security.
