The bridging and development lender has relocated following a period of growth.
It has lent circa £25m in residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural bridging and development loans since its launch in 2016.
Matthew Gammond, commercial manager at Stretton Capital, said: “We loved Nantwich, but after the team more than doubled in the space of a few months, we had to upgrade.

“You can now find us in The Steam Mill Business Centre, which is just a short walk from Chester train station.
“There’s plenty of room for all of us now, and for anyone else who joins as we continue to grow.
“It’s been a busy few months for Stretton.
“It won’t be long until our brand new website is up and running, too.”
In September, Stretton Capital appointed Mark Harrison as director of business development.
