Jackie — who is CeMAP qualified — has over 18 years of experience as an underwriter having worked in several sectors in the industry, and will be responsible for assessing new bridging and development finance cases.
“I wanted to work for a lender making the decisions, rather than in a brokerage, where all decisions ultimately were made by someone else or in a larger firm,” said Jackie.

“I felt my experience as an underwriter and my knowledge in bridging and development finance would help this area of the business grow.
