Prior to joining Catalyst in 2015, Martine — who was appointed as a board director in 2017 — held senior positions at Aldermore, Hitachi Capital and Barclays.
She will be working alongside the board to continue to fulfil the specialist short-term financier’s growth aspirations.

Stuart Fraser — who had been the CEO at Catalyst Business Finance since 2010 — has been appointed chairman.
“I am honoured to work with an exceptional team that [is] delivering today while we continue building for tomorrow,” said Martine.
“One of our major focuses for the immediate future is the acceleration of our ability to create operational efficiencies.
“This will allow us to improve our service and help bring new and innovative products to both our clients and introducers.”
