Tom — who joins from Response Mortgages where he served as an operations manager — will be responsible for growing the number of appointed representatives in the network.
He will also be working closely with existing firms to help increase adviser numbers.
HLPartnership’s recruitment manager team — which now consists of Tom, Ian Merriman and Peter Rose — will all report directly to Shaun Almond, managing director at HLPartnership.
