Master Private Finance offers JLM’s AR firms access to a comprehensive panel of mortgage providers.

These providers specialise in complex, residential, BTL, secured loans, bridging finance, development finance and commercial mortgages.

Exclusively for JLM network members and their clients, the mortgage desk is a joint venture with Vincent Burch, owner of an appointed representative (AR) within JLM.

When dealing with the mortgage desk, network members can either use the proposition to help with client placement and packaging with the panel, or refer the client, with Master Private Finance dealing with them directly.

Regardless of which option is chosen, the JLM member will be paid the same market-rate commission and the advisers using the service will be kept up to date through all stages of the process via the latest case-tracking software.
