Socks & Chocs aims to relieve hardship and distress among homeless people and those in need who are living in adverse housing conditions.
It provides items such as bedding, toiletries and clothing, and funds essential health needs which are not readily accessible.

Precise Mortgages has also set up a Just Giving page, with a target of £2,500, to raise funds for the charity.
