The specialist real estate investor’s new office is based in Spinningfields and will process deals end-to-end.
Some senior members will be relocating from the London office to augment the Manchester team, which will also include several new members with experience in the northern market and region.
Octopus Real Estate will now also consider loans from just £75,000.

“Having worked closely with our loyal broker network in the North for several years, we have listened to what they want from a lender,” said Chris Timms, head of sales for the North at Octopus Real Estate (pictured above).
“We have responded by opening an office in Manchester to fully support them.
“This has been something we have wanted to do for several years and it’s exciting that our doors are now officially open.
