Niall joins from Santander Invoice Finance — where he supported the bank’s SME portfolios in the South — and previously served at RBS Commercial Banking.
In his new role, Niall will lead the client services team, managing the upscale of Nucleus’ asset-based lending (ABL) portfolios.
Odhran joins from HMT and has more than 20 years of experience in debt advisory, M&A buyouts, real estate finance and advising on distressed transactions.

As regional sales director for London and the surrounding areas, he will oversee the lender’s growth in the private equity space.
