In his new role as the bridging and development lender’s first BDM hire, Stuart will help to roll out new products set to launch this year.
Stuart joins Catalyst Property Finance from Leeds Building Society, where he was a BDM.
James — who will report to Matt Gillon, head of credit at Catalyst — will be responsible for underwriting the lender’s flexible short-term finance.
He previously held roles at Portman Building Society and Bank of Ireland Mortgages.
