Alice Williams (pictured above) — who was promoted from head of property finance to director at Pilot Fish last month, told B&C that her new role will see her continue to increase the brokerage’s presence at events and on social media, and work to build the free finance education arm.
“I have a number of smaller projects also in the pipeline and cannot wait to see these come to fruition over the next 12 months,” she added.
Richard Jones, managing director at Pilot Fish, stated that since Alice joined the company a little over two years ago, she has worked tirelessly to build its social media presence.
“She has helped to deliver over £50m of property deals in the last year, in addition to completing her CeMap qualifications, enabling the property team to diversify their offering.
“I am delighted that she will be joining the directors to drive business forward and proud that this creates a 60% female-led board.”
