Two of the new team members, Calum Knight and Malone Roberts, have been promoted to business development executives from the division’s lending administration team.
The third business development executive, Ryan Madder, joins Shawbrook from Vantage Insurance Services.
Tina Carling has been hired as internal BDM, after previously working at Vantage Finance.
Lizzi Rogers also joins Shawbrook as an internal BDM from Clear Asset Finance.
