She joins the firm from Barclays, where she worked for the last 11 years and gained experience in portfolio and credit management, business development onboarding for new clients, and operational banking.
In her new role, Lucy — who will be based in the firm’s Bristol office — will be covering the South West, including Cornwall, Taunton and Plymouth.
She will be guiding clients from across the South West through the commercial mortgage application process from start to finish, as well as serving as a direct point of contact for when clients need advice.

Commenting on her appointment, Lucy said: “I’m really looking forward to supporting clients and brokers across the area with their business goals and aspirations.”
