In his new role, he will be focused on creating and implementing marketing strategies to support the firm’s growth.
Dom, who has over three decades of experience, joins Crystal from Equity Release Supermarket, where he was a marketing director for the last four years.
Prior to this, he worked at various companies, including Barclays, Halifax, AJ Bell and Key Group.
