She joins from e.surv Chartered Surveyors, where she served as senior area operations manager, having also formerly worked at Connells Survey & Valuation.
Mandy has been a chartered surveyor for 27 years, with a background in commercial property, as well as 18 years’ experience in residential survey and valuation.
The new team member has RICS Senior Professional Assessment and Assessment of Professional Competence qualifications under her belt.
In her new role, Mandy will manage the performance, productivity and ongoing development of CSS surveyors within the region she oversees, which will be defined at a later date.

“I’m really looking forward to using my experience to contribute to the continued success and growth of CSS,” said Mandy.
