Sirius Property Finance wins mental health award

Sirius Property Finance has received an award from SANE for its mental health charity work.

It recognises not only the fundraising efforts of the team, but also the business’ internal mental health support programme.

Brightstar Group’s CEO Rob Jupp and Sirius’ managing director, Nicholas Christofi, were also recognised for their work as SANE ambassadors, such as contributing blogs and personal reflections, and leading workshops for the team.

The award was presented to the company at the end of its recent charity golf day, which raised £10,500 for the charity.

This is the second year that Sirius has partnered with SANE — in total, the firm raised just under £25,000 to support the organisation’s activities in support of mental health.

Leoni Alexandrou, director of operations at Sirius, (pictured above), commented: “We are absolutely thrilled and honoured to have been awarded with this prestigious accolade from SANE.

“We are proud to support the brilliant work that the charity does with mental health and we are also delighted to have our ongoing efforts and commitment rewarded in this way.

“We will be building on what we have achieved in our forthcoming World Mental Health Day, when we will continue to raise awareness and de-stigmatise issues associated with mental health issues.”
