David has worked for the Norton Group for almost seven years, joining the company from Relax Finance in 2015.
After starting at Norton Broker Services as a broker account manager, he moved to the role of national BDM at Norton Home Loans in 2017, before stepping up to the position of commercial manager in May 2021.
The new role will see David leading the sales team to work with brokers and find solutions for non-standard clients.
Paul Stringer, managing director at Norton Home Loans, commented: “I am delighted to promote David to the position of head of sales.
- Choosing the right bridging lender for larger loans
- TAB joins Norton Broker Services lender panel
- Norton Home Loans and TMG form partnership
“This is very much deserved, and I know that he will bring a huge amount of energy, enthusiasm and knowledge to the role, helping us to continue to grow the number of brokers we work with and the number of customers we are able to help.”
David said he was pleased to be taking on this new challenge.
“We have a number of great niches at Norton Home Loans, which could provide excellent solutions for brokers to help their clients who do not meet the criteria of mainstream lenders,” he added.
“Our job now is to get the message out and work with brokers on placing their difficult cases."
