The interactive event will start at 11am and will be moderated by Medianett Publishing’s publishing director, Beth Fisher.
The topic will be: ‘How to secure faster bridging turnaround times’.
Roma Finance’s sales director Steve Smith will be joined by Bilal Awan, head of specialist finance at Express Mortgages; Claudine Reynolds, business development director at Blaise Commercial Finance; and James Oldham, head of specialist lending at Positive Lending.

During the event, the panellists will talk about the problems that bridging brokers are facing when it comes to speed and delays in arranging cases, how technology can further streamline the processing of deals, and whether speed is still a hallmark for bridging.
They will also share tips on how to increase turnaround times for all parties involved in bridging deals.
