He will take up his new role on November 1st , following a period of garden leave.
At UTB, he will work together with the bank’s head of underwriting Nikki Brett and head of sales for bridging Owen Bentley to significantly grow its short-term lending business.
A well-known figure in the industry, Sundeep has over two decades of financial services experience.
Most recently, he worked as director of sales and member of the commercial executive committee at Together and was in charge of its intermediary channel.
During his time at Together, he led the firm’s re-entry to the market after it paused lending during the pandemic, and helped the lender develop its new lending strategy and build its sales team.
Prior to his role at Together, Sundeep was a national sales manager at Precise Mortgages.

Sundeep will join other members of the UTB team as they exhibt at this year's Finance Professional Show on November 10th .
Commenting on his appointment, Sundeep said: “I am really excited to get to work at UTB and I am looking forward to finally meeting the whole bridging team and catching up with people I haven’t seen since the summer.
