In her new role, she will support the senior leadership team in driving company-wide progress on critical projects and strategic initiatives.
She will join the firm’s executive team and will report directly to Monument’s chief executive Ian Rand.

Anita has over 28 years of experience in the financial services industry, having held numerous leadership roles at various companies, including BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Santander, Revverbank and, most recently, Recognise Bank.
Commenting on the appointment, Ian said: “I look forward to working with Anita as part of the executive team.
“This is a crucial role, actively driving progress around our company goals, and coordinating operations and business planning.”
