The new brand builds on the specialist finance platform’s reputation and performance since its official launch, with improved design and usability.

The platform features a panel of over 200 lenders offering a wide range of services, including bridging and commercial mortgages, property development and refurbishment loans, HMO lending solutions and business finance.

It allows brokers to research the best lending solution for their clients, submit enquiries and make applications.

Once the broker inputs the borrower’s funding requirements, they are then matched instantly with lenders that can provide finance against their particular criteria, and those lenders are invited to propose terms for the loan. 

Brokers can then chat directly with lenders that match their enquiry through the platform and agree terms to process their loan.

Provide Finance also has a team of expert advisers on hand to offer help and guidance throughout the process, either over the phone or through the online chat facility.

According to founder Miranda Khadr (pictured above), the firm’s new name reflects its goal of providing intermediaries and their clients with “the best resources, support and finance solutions at the best possible rates”.
