In the newly created role, she will be responsible for all savings propositions.
She will report into Jon Hall, whose role has been broadened to become group managing director for mortgages and savings.
Louise has over 25 years of experience within the financial services sector, having previously held roles at Yorkshire Building Society and, most recently, Bank North.
