Wayne brings significant knowledge and experience to the team, particularly within the unregulated bridging space.
In his new role, he will assist with the growth and development of Spring’s product offering — especially unregulated loans, for which the lender has seen a particular increase in demand.
He joins the company from MFS, where he previously worked as a senior underwriter.
