In their new roles, Sarah will focus on delivering the group’s strategy to distinguish itself in the market, while Ryan will be responsible for driving the business’ commercial plan, developing strategies to ensure Together delivers value for its stakeholders in a sustainable way.
Meanwhile, Julie’s role will centre on keeping the firm safe, collaborating across the business to ensure Together safely navigates through the current macroeconomic environment.

Sarah joined Together three years ago, during which she held two roles in risk, while Julie has been part of the company for 18 months — prior to this, she held roles across various companies in Bermuda and Hong Kong.
Meanwhile, Ryan initially joined the lender as part of its graduate scheme, and returned in 2021 to lead the product team after completing his Master’s degree in Banking and after working at several banking institutions.
Commenting on the appointments, Gerald Grimes, group CEO designate at Together, said: “I am delighted to announce the news that Julie, Sarah and Ryan will all be promoted into executive team roles.
