Her new role includes continuing to assist stakeholders and borrowers, while now supporting the head of portfolio management to evaluate current processes and identity opportunities for improved service development.
She will help set up the mentoring process ensuring new starters are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed.
Christy joined the company in April 2022 as portfolio case manager and previously worked at Lloyds Banking Group.
