Becky Harris (pictured left) and Adam Tovey (pictured right) will now take on new job titles alongside extended responsibilities.
Becky, who joined MSP in 2015, will shift her title as finance director to director of strategic finance and operations — reflecting her work in directing MSP’s strategic funding programme, building on its relationships with institutional investors, and leading its operational departments.
Adam’s role changes from valuation director to director of risk and underwriting.

He has been with the company since 2010 and will now over-see valuation and underwriting teams, as well as take on accountabilities for all valuations and credit risk within the company.
He will continue to manage long-standing client portfolios and pursue new business developments.

The Poole-based lender has reported a 30% year-on-year loan-book growth and has now expanded its team of property professionals to 41.
