Kal has worked in the finance and property industry for over 30 years, including as an estate agent and mortgage advisor and working with the home office managing HMOs for housing refugees.
In 2001 she decided her passion was the world of finance and established her own mortgage brokerage in Nottingham, helping clients to build up their property portfolios.

Kal has since gained personal experience in BTL’s, HMOs, commercial conversions and new builds, and is therefore able to advise on the project itself as well as the funding.
In her new role, Kal will be responsible for business development activities as well as representing the firm at events, originating new business with corporate clients, and discussing finance capabilities.
