Colenko hires new head of sales




Colenko has appointed Mark Marlow (pictured above), as head of sales for bridging and development.

Mark will be responsible for driving origination via the intermediary market, with a product range covering bridging, refurbishment and development finance.

He will also be responsible for the growth of the sales team over the coming year.

Mark brings a wealth of experience and broker relationships with him, having worked in the industry for over 20 years at PCF Bank, Oblix and HTB.


Commenting on his appointment, Mark said: “I am delighted to be joining Colenko and I look forward to taking the short-term finance proposition to the wider market.”

Mark will be representing Colenko at the B&C Symposium at The Courthouse Hotel in Soho on June 20th.
