After starting her career at HSBC in London, Chelsea returned to Scotland working for Clydesdale and Yorkshire banks and has also worked as a self-employed mortgage adviser before joining SPF.
Advisers Avril Cassidy and Mark Parsons will join Chelsea at the new SPF office located on Coburg Street in Leith.
Chelsea commented: “The decision to establish a presence in Edinburgh is testament to the growing potential and attractiveness of Scotland’s property market.
“Our talented team of advisers bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the region, looking after all elements of a client’s requirements from mortgage and insurance solutions to wealth and protection advice.

“Our aim is to provide exceptional service to our clients, working closely with existing stakeholders and forging new relationships to enhance the SPF brand across Scotland.”
Ayrton Fielding, director at SPF, said: “We are delighted to physically return to Scotland with the appointment of Chelsea and her team demonstrating our commitment to the Scottish market.
“While we have continued to arrange mortgages in Scotland during the interim period, having locally based brokers will enhance our coverage and increase the number of people we can help across the country.
“This is especially important in the current market when there is considerable interest rate volatility and specialist advice is more important than ever.”
