Altura Specialist Finance will provide financing options in the four core areas of bridging, commercial, development and property portfolio finance.

The business has been set up as an appointed representative of the principal firm, Altura Mortgage Finance, and will operate as its own entity and brand with a website and marketing tailored to the specialist market.

Francois Taljaard, operations director at Altura Mortgage Finance, will join Nyirenda in the management team of Altura Specialist Finance.
