Serenity has over 20 years’ worth of experience in the financial services sector, with seven years at Mount Street.
In her new role, Serenity will be instrumental in ensuring continuity and cohesion across the firm on a global level and strengthening the company’s international offering with its propriety app, CreditHub.
Serenity will be responsible for coordinating the business’ overall growth strategy across the 11 offices and seeking to develop new business opportunities across all areas of loan servicing and asset management.

As head of loan servicing at Mount Street, Serenity has been responsible for the company’s EMEA credit servicing group in Europe and Asia for the past three years.
