The two appointments bring in over two decades of specialist finance industry experience to the company.
Stephen will be responsible for reviewing all applications as part of the firm’s risk function as well as assessing works cases from application stage and throughout the term of the loan until completion.
Kyle will manage the recoveries function, bringing his lengthy experience to the company to ensure that Aspen’s processes are up-to-date, works for customers and brings results.

Both Stephen and Kyle join from OSB where they both worked for over 10 years, most recently holding the titles of bridging senior specialist underwriter and senior bridging recoveries manager respectively.
Stephen and Kyle add to a raft of recent appointments alongside a new logo and refreshed website as the company aims to hit £1bn in total lending in the next few years, after recently reaching £500m since its founding in 2017.
