Due to the complexity of this transaction, Dynamo worked closely with its clients and professional team to put together a detailed lending proposal in order to support the transaction.
Dynamo’s funding partner on this transaction was Yorkshire Building Society.
Sy Nathan, head of bridging and structured finance at Dynamo, commented on LinkedIn: “The new loan facility will allow my clients to stabilise their portfolio, as a large portion of the portfolio was on variable products.
“In addition, it will release sufficient equity to redeploy and source new opportunities.”
Regarding Yorkshire Building Society, Sy added: “It’s important to work with a funding partner who has a strong understanding of the investment market and delivers a product and service suited to meet these needs.”
