Pete has now moved from field-based BDM to bridging specialist, while Jack has moved into the field based BDM position from being office based BDM.
Pete has been a BDM with OSB Group for just over five years, prior to which he was a broker — he joins the dedicated bridging team headed up by head of specialist finance, Marc Callaghan.

Jack started his career in financial services 2021 when he joined OSB in broker liaison before progressing to an office-based BDM in 2022, and now joins the network of field-based BDMs covering the southeast of England with financial solutions from Precise and Kent Reliance for Intermediaries.
Adrian Moloney, group intermediary director at OSB Group said: “I am delighted with the development of our sales team with the internal promotions of Pete and Jack who both bring bags of expertise and a wealth of knowledge to their new roles.
