The Aldermore Group appeared in the top 10 ‘very big organisations’ category, while Tandem Bank featured in the ‘big’ category.
Market Harborough Building Society, alternative finance lender Reward Finance Group, and social impact commercial banking firm Unity Trust Bank all featured in the ‘medium’ list, while P2P lender Kuflink was included in the ‘small’ category.
The list showcased categories from ‘very big’ through to ‘small’, in addition to ‘spotlight awards’, that highlighted elements such as best places to work for ethnic minorities, women, and disabled employees.
The list was based upon a set of 26 survey questions from employee experience specialist WorkL, with organisations needing to achieve a high score across a six-step framework of reward and recognition, instilling pride, information sharing, empowerment, wellbeing, and job satisfaction.
