The news follows the bridging lender recently appointing boutique Scotland-based solicitor Wilson McKendrick to its panel.
Inspired Lending is now able to offer its full product range to Scottish brokers and customers.

Inspired Lending, backed by the Pears family, launched in November 2023, offering unregulated bridging, refurbishment finance, and bespoke short-term funding solutions.
It initially launched in England and Wales.
