The company is also offering a rate starting at 3.74% per annum over the BBR for commercial property.
TAB’s bridging loan rates have also has also lowered, now starting at 6.00% per annum over the base rate.
Meanwhile, TAB will now utilise title indemnity insurance across its residential bridging products, designed to speed up deal completion times and reduce borrower costs.
