Brian has over 25 years in the property sector holding senior roles at organisations such as GE Capital (igroup) and Swift Advances PLC.
He also served two terms as a board director at the ASTL, now the Bridging & Development Lenders Association (BDLA), between 2015-2019, as well as serving time with Funding 365, Pivot and consulting within the specialist fintech media sector for the Falbros Group — most recently Brian headed up the sales and marketing function at Saxon trust.
In his new role Brian will work closely with Kuflink CEO Narinder Khattoare and the senior leadership team to reach and surpass the firm’s three-year growth plans.

Commenting on his appointment, Brian said: “I’ve known Narinder for many years and watched the Kuflink journey from a small privately funded lender to the current, highly impressive operation.
“With institutional funding now complementing our market leading peer-to-peer investment platform, the foundations are in place for the next stage of growth and development — I look forward to playing a significant part in this growth.”
