Nick is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years of real estate investment experience, across the debt-equity spectrum.
In his career he has held debt origination and transaction advisory roles and has strong expertise in loan underwriting and structuring.
Prior to joining Leumi UK, Nick held senior positions at organisations including Octopus Real Estate, Hatfield Philips International, Gatehouse Bank, and the Royal Bank of Scotland (now NatWest).
