Spencer joins the lender to work alongside existing sales director, James Farge.

According to the Catalyst, Spencer has been brought onboard to grow new connections in while James Farge will focus on the retention of existing clients.

Spencer has 24 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 16 years within the specialist mortgage space — he has previously held positions at Quantum Mortgages, Axis Bank UK, Magellan Homeloans, GE Money Home Lending, HFC Bank and Barclays.
